The Mikkelsen’s Touch

Mikkelsen’s Pastry Shop was started in the year 2000 by Paw and Elizabeth Mikkelsen, who are no strangers to the realm of sweets. Paw grew up in Denmark, where his parents owned a pastry shop. You could say the sweetness is in their blood. He later moved to the US, met his now-wife Elizabeth, and together worked in the hospitality industry before starting a shop of his own here in Naples, Florida.

What makes this shop unique is that it caters to both wholesale and retail clients. Many off Naples’ luxury hotels and high-end clubs specifically seek out Mikkelsen’s Pastry Shop to cater its events due to our exquisite taste and flawless presentation. With both Elizabeth and Paw having an extensive background in hospitality, they know how to work methodically and efficiently in order to create made-from-scratch desserts in large volumes on time.

With a large and talented staff, there is no order too big or too small for us to create. We offer a wide selection of cheesecakes (and more!), which we create with uncompromising quality.
