Planning a wedding cake can feel like an overwhelming process, but clients find peace of mind at Mikkelsen’s. They know that when it comes to creating decadent wedding cakes, they’re in good hands.
We recommend that our clients start by scheduling a consultation with us to explore your flavor options. Call us at 239-596-5996 or send an e-mail to cakes@mikkelsenspastryshop.com to schedule an appointment. We offer tastings Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Once we have an appointment scheduled, our team will set up a special taste testing session where you can explore our flavors while sharing with us your vision of the perfect wedding cake. Our complimentary tasting comes with up to 3 different flavors that you can enjoy.

Planning Your Wedding Cake
If you have a color theme, we suggest you bring us a sample of the colors so that we can do our best to match them. We can offer a variety of design options, including edible wedding toppers. Whether you’re looking for traditional elegance or a wedding cake that expresses your individual flare, we will work with you to come up with a wedding cake that matches what you envision.
We welcome photograph references, as well as thorough descriptions. The more you give us, the closer we can get to understanding your idea and bringing it to life. You don’t have to wait for the scheduled consultation to share this information with us. In fact, we can review your idea prior to the meeting if you e-mail us photos and details at cakes@mikkelsenspastryshop.com.
Keep in mind that the first 3 flavors at your taste-testing is complimentary. If you would like to try additional flavors, talk to us and we will provide an estimate based on what you would like to try.
We do offer a delivery option for local events in Naples and Bonita Springs. This service comes at a $50 fee and we guarantee a safe delivery of your wedding cake, so you don’t have to worry!
