You can call our shop during business hours at 239-596-5996, or submit your cake order request by email to cakes@mikkelsenspastryshop.com. Keep in mind that Saturdays are our busiest day of the week! If you cannot reach us by phone that day, it may be due to the scale of orders we are fulfilling. However, we are diligent about answering email correspondence, so don’t be shy about dropping us a line!

When sending your inquiry, be sure to include important details, such as flavor, theme, colors, and the deadline you need the cake to be completed on. We welcome photo references, even if they aren’t exact! The more information you give us, the closer we can get to bringing your idea to life.

We highly suggest that all clients submit their order at least 24-hours in advance, and at least a week in advance during the holidays. This allows us the time to be able to produce a high quality specialty cake that meets your expectations.

We do offer local delivery for orders within Naples and Bonita Springs, Florida. For a $40 fee, we will make sure your cake is delivered anywhere within these two cities both safety and on-time for your occasion!
