When it comes to custom-made cakes in Southwest Florida, Mikkelsen’s Pastry Shop has made a phenomenal name for itself. We start from scratch, using only fresh ingredients so that our wedding cakes, birthday cakes, specialty cakes, and cheesecakes taste as decadent as they look. Our designs follow your imagination, creating sweet works of art that accent the occasion. From color schemes to specific themes, we are able to create edible masterpieces that exceed expectations. Mikkelsen’s cakes have been used for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties or even the occasional “just because.” There is no client or job too big (or small) for our talented staff.

We do offer local delivery. For a $40 charge, we will safely deliver your order to any location within Naples or Bonita Springs, Florida. This is a great option for delicate cakes or simply to save you time while preparing for a big event, such as a corporate banquet or a wedding.

For our wedding cake customers, we do offer a complimentary tasting of up to 3 different flavors. These tastings are held by appointment Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

We accept orders over the phone at  or you can submit your request via our contact form. We always encourage you to submit reference photos and/or a description. The more you tell us, the closer we can get to capturing the cake you envision.

Also, be sure to include your deadline as well. Be mindful that Mikkelsen’s is a high demand pastry shop. We stay busy year-around—even in seasonal Naples, Florida! Plan ahead by calling us at least 24 hours ahead of time. During the holidays, we are even busier and highly recommend giving our staff a week’s notice in order to fulfill your order.

While we do feature new pastries, tarts, breads, and more Monday through Saturday at our shop, keep in mind that all of our cakes are custom-made. We do not carry pre-made cakes at our location, so in order to receive one you must order in advance.
